Administrator: Shawn Hallisey

Shawn joined St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation from a sister facility in Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Maine at Machias, and then he perused his Master's in Health Care Administration which he received from the University of Connecticut. He has worked as a Social Worker and Administrator in health care since 1994. Shawn has been at St. Johnsbury Health & Rehab for over four years now. Director of Admissions - Heidi Wright

Heidi is new to the Revera family, but not to the field of geriatrics. Heidi takes over the role of Director of Admissions after six years of experience in this field. Heidi is a graduate of Lyndon State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services. Heidi welcomes the opportunity to help each and every person she crosses paths with. She would welcome the chance to speak with you or your loved one. Heidi’s goal is to support each and every person that she meets at St. Johnsbury Health & Rehab, whether it is for admissions for Long Term Care, Respite Care or for Short Stay Rehab.

Director of Nursing Services: Kathryn Larose

Kathy is the Director of Nursing and has over 30 years in the field of Geriatrics. While nursing rules and regulations have change, Kathy’s goal to provide the very best care for her patients has not. Kathy has been able to pass this passion on to her staff, by leading them by her own example. Kathy welcomes the option of getting to know her residents and her resident’s family members. Rehabilitation Director: Jacqueline Abella

Jackie is the Director of Rehab services at St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation Center. She underwent a five year Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy program at Silliman University in the Philippines. She has dedicated the past ten years of her life working in different clinical environments which include acute, sub acute, home health, and community-based rehabilitation settings. Jackie believes that it is pivotal to achieve the highest quality of life for the residents they must be treated with respect, warmth, and sincerity.

Activities Director: Melissa "Lisa" Allard

Lisa has the joyful task of providing the daily doings in the building. Each and every day the goal is to provide an eventful day of activities for our residents. Lisa works very closely with the residents to provide activities that bring enjoyment to each of our residents. Lisa is an outgoing person who appreciates her active life and is motivated to have each of our residents live each of their days to the fullest, while here at St. Johnsbury Health & Rehab.

Director of Resident & Family Services / Social Work: Crystall Labounty

Crystall graduated from Lyndon State College with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services in 2001. Crystall has used her Human Services degree in settings such as providing home visits out in our community to elders in the St. Johnsbury area. In 2006 when Crystall received her LNA license she entered the world of geriatrics. Crystall's wide base of knowledge helps residents, families, and staff members in many situations. She is always eager to help and lend a helping hand when needed.

Business Office Manager - Anne Doyon

Anne has returned to Vermont after spending several years in Connecticut as a Business Office Manger. Anne has a vast knowledge of information about insurance programs and how the cumbersome Medicare and Medicaid programs work. Anne’s goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits and to help you navigate through the programs to find what best suite your loved one. Anne would be happy to spend some time with you, stop over to see her anytime.
